[Resolved] Flipkart — Replacement of my Realme X3 Superzoom Smartphone + Jeeves Technician Make Fraud Reports. | |||
I recently replaced my Realme X3 superzoom Arctic White 8GB/128GB smartphone which had some problems. I received my replaced product on 11th November, 2020. After some days the device started showing same problems that I had with my previous device which was promised by flipkart that it won't happen again. My smartphone fails Standby Current Test in Engineer mode of Realme (Performed by Technician in front of me, Screenshot attached). The Battery backup is very poor, call drop issues and many more. I placed a return request on Flipkart for the same and the very next day the Jeeves Technician from Flipkart came to check the phone. Technician confirmed of the problems and also clicked pictures of the same but is Denying to update the service report in front of me and is talking very rudely to me, I told him to wait and make a service report but he arrogantly started his bike and tried to run. I want my Return to be completed as soon as possible from flipkart's end. Kindly do the needful. Was this information helpful? | |||
