[Resolved] Flipkart — replacement of poco f1 phone | |||||
Order id = od[protected] Replacement id: [protected] Dis is regarding replacement of my order. I have received defect poco f1 and then raised replacement request but the jeeves marked the request as completed without properly analyzing the phone. As per the process, jeeves company doing technical visit. First time technical visit completed but he did not submitted right report. Prob= heating issue Sometimes sim card not found Shutdown suddenly If a customer is clearly saying that he is not satisfied with the product and wants the replacement, how on earth can you guys make him to use the defect piece. Dec 4, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Oct 22, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered was defective. We have interacted with the customer and raised a replacement request with the seller. The seller has confirmed the replacement has been initiated on Oct 21, 2018 and will be delivered on or before Oct 26, 2018. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.
