[Resolved]  Flipkart — replacement or return is not done till now

I have ordered a Redmi Note 5 Pro mobile on 8-August-2018, and the product is delivered on 11-August-2018. When I opened it I come to know that was a Faulted mobile with Faulty display having a burning dot on screen. So I have kept the replacement request on the same day when I received. They told me that a technician will cone from our aide to check the mobile condition and tells us that whether it can be repaired or should replace. The technician came and checked the product and told the flipkart to accept the replacement. This process is don on 14th August, from 14th they promised me that replacement will be done by Hand by Hand on or before 16th. You can check the picture that I attached. Check the delivery date. But after 16th on 7pm I called the flipkart againa and reported that no pickup is done. They told sorry for delay and the issue will be resolved within 18th August. Now on 17th when I call they are saying that with 21 August it will be solved. What they doing I dont know. And why they are extending time. So I reported them that at any cost Product Replacement / Return should be done on or before 18th or I want compensation of Rs.500 for wasting my time. So please provide me better resolution Sir. You can check in screenshot that what fraud dates they gave me.

Customer raised complaint regarding the product defective, we have interacted with customer and confirmed whether issue has been resolved he told pick up is completed and refund also reflecting in bank account hence closing the case from our team
