[Resolved]  Flipkart — replacement realme xt (pearl white, 64 gb) (order id od[protected] refund id:[protected]

Hi, based on my recent purchases from flipkart on this big billion days sale, i ordered new smartphone realme xt (Order id – od[protected] and i received the same after 2 days but the phone have faulty display and they done some internal process like sent the technician for checking the phone first and then they are agree to replace the same. After completion of the all process, i got the new phone after 3 days but this time phone has again defective like adhesive is showing on right side of the screen clearly and also near by power button of the back panel. Again i am contact with customer care executive via chat and he suggest me for showing the phone first to realme service center, based on his suggestion, i visited the realme service center and discuss my issue with there team. They are completely agree with my issue and advise me to further contact with flipkart. I don’t understand when i have paid the money for new mobile then why i got the refurbished/ used phone from flipkart. Now flipkart is not yet agree to refund the amount and definitely i am not agree to retain this phone and also i am suffer from this problem last 14 days. This is mental harassment and fraud with customers. Request you to please resolve my issue at the earliest.

Update:

Based on my above complaint, Flipkart take action on my issue but they are playing game with customers. I want to share yesterday instance with you. So call Flipkart technician visited to my office address and thoroughly check the phone and identify the same issue as I mentioned in my complaint and also mentioned the same issue in the Flipkart Job sheet (attached) but after some time I have checked the status of my refund in their website, its showing as your refund request is rejected without any reason. This Diwali season, Flipkart and seller (Vision Star) making fool to customer providing the faulty and refurbished products. Please take strict action against Flipkart and the Seller Vision Star both are doing fraud and give mental harassment to the customers. I face this problem since last 15 days and followup with Flipkart on daily basis infact 4-5 times in a day. Also, I doubt they are not entertain after the return policy period which is over on 16 Oct 2019. So please help me to resolve this issue before 16 Oct 2019.

Hi, this to inform that yesterday I have received a call from Flipkart and they said that your refund is rejected due to technician mentioned the remarks as C.I.D (i.e Customer Individual Damage). I am shocked / surprised after hear the words from Flipkart Executive. If you see the attached job sheet filled by technician, there is nothing mentioned the remarks "CID" and technician also agreed at that time gum/adhesive is clearly showing in the screen and in the Back panel and the phone look like open. The phone delivered on 06 Oct in my office (i.e Sunday) and I have received / collected the phone in my hand on 7th Oct (Monday) and the same day late night I had chat with customer care executive of Flipkart and described the issue as mentioned in my complaint. Flipkart Executive suggest me to show the phone to Realme Service Center first and as recommended I visited on October 8, 2019 at the Realme Service Center (Janakpuri East) and they said that if you purchase a new phone then phone is not look like this and they advise me for further contact with Flipkart and then I placed the request for refund/replacement on same date. Here it is very clear that they are playing game and try to confused/ harass me and not interested to give my money back or replace the phone. Request you to please take strcit/ necessary course of action against Flipkart and Vision Star, so that in future no customers faces this kind of mental harassment / fraud.
