[Resolved]  Flipkart — replacement rejected for faulty mobile

I orderd asus zenfone max pro m1 on 11/10/2018 in big billion days from flipkart with order id od[protected]. I received the mobile on 13/10/2018. But, the mobile has touch screen problem. The touch is not working. I requested for replacement and technician also visited to check the issue with the phone. Technician found the touch screen problem with the phone. He reported same to the flipkart with images. But, flipkart rejected my replacement. It happens twice. Flipkart executive told that repair the mobile in asus service center for my 3rd replacement request on call conversation. Now flipkart won't accept for my replacement request.

My replacement request resolved successfully. After post a complaint in this forum. Flipkart confirmed the touch screen issue with jeeves technician who alloted for my tech-visit. Then I received calls from flipkart custoner care on 22/10/2018 from 08067987700 and 08067987880. And also I got a mail from [email protected] about my replacement request. Flipkart approved my replacement and alloted tech-visit to get proper report. Tech-visit completed on 24/10/2018 and received a replacement on 25/10/2018. My replacement request is genuine. so, flipkart approved my my replacement. Be Genuine, Don't Fake. Thanks to this forum.

Received mobile has manufacturing defect of touch screen
My repalcement request is genuine
Send the technician one more time to give you proper report about the issue
Otherwise raise a ticket to any Flipkart authorized service center to check the mobile touch screen problem to get you report
