[Resolved] Flipkart — Replacement/Refund problem with Flipkart | |
We have purchased HP Pavillion Ryzen 5600H gaming Laptop on 16th Aug 2021. Order ID is OD[protected]. We received a technical fault laptop and reported for replacement within their replacement date. But the Flipkart team said that the technician will come and approve then and only replacement can be made. But no one came and Flipkart approved for replacement on 14th Sept. Till now many of customer care team call us several times and each time they said it will happen and wait for 48hrs. Neither they are replacing nor refunding amounts. Even they have stopped updating the Flipkart ID also. Was this information helpful? | |
