Flipkart — representative denied to take exchange product | |||
I have ordered redmi note 7 pro for exchange with lenovo k6 power which delivery date was 17.08.19. Today at the time of delivery (2 days delay), delivery guy denied to take my old phone (Lenovo k6 power, imei: [protected]) and talking very rude. He told that my mobile (Lenovo k6 power) got damaged. But physically the mobile (Lenovo k6 power) is very good condition & fulfill all criteria of flipkart exchange policy. It's my request to deploy some flipkart representative & check my phone. If any damage found beyond flipkart exchange policy, then i'll pay the full amount of my new hand set i. E 14, 999/-.
