Flipkart — request to deactivate my flipkart pay later

Without knowing that flipkart pay later would reflect in my cibil report, i've given my details to it for activation. Later i came to know that flipkart has opened a personal loan account on behalf of me with idfc first bank without my notice. I've asked the bank to close the account and they've said that they can't do it and flipkart have to do it. When i asked flipkart, they're saying they don't have such option to close it. The problem is it is reflecting in my cibil report and i am not able to avail credit card services of any bank due to that. Another thing is that the organisation in which i am working is asking me to produce a clean cibil report but, how can l?. I don't have any pending debt in that account and still i'm not able to close my account. No one is responding, should i put my job at amidst of the worst scenario of job due to covid-19 pandemic and that's also because of their irresponsibility???

Updated by Sidd287 One more thing Flipkart has already blocked my account and still my Flipkart pay later account to be active. Is it my fault?

Updated by Sidd287 I have contacted your customer support team regarding my problem but my loan account is still showing to be active on my cibil report. For reference I am attaching a screenshot have a look on it.
