Flipkart — Requested for refund and return product but not processed

I have ordered FUK Nios Series 6 Smart Bracelet Touchscreen HR BP Sensor D18ID116D20 Smartwatch through flipkart on 1st September 2022.
Product received with defective and apps alos not working as expected so I have ordered for refund request on same date. I called to customer care 4 times but still no action taken by flipkart.
