I purchasing alan jones joger via flipkart date-07/02/2020, price - 699/-, order number - od[protected], wait 11/02/2020, but color is very different, so i return this product but flipkart my account block and not return request process, it's camplain to flipkart custamber care and wait me 15/02/2020, but not any action my return process or unblock my account, very cheating me flipkart, it's mater camplain to national counsumer girevane camplain number - 1914780, date - 17/02/2020, plese return this product other wise camplain to aginest flipkart district court case.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi, We are sorry to let you know that our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account. Also, the seller will not be able to accommodate the return request.

They are only offering me 100 rs gift card as a compensation which is two less man .That bag costs around 400 to 500 .order id

My Flipkart account has been deactivated and now I want be activate it but it is not activating. When I enters the Mobile No., one message of OTP is shown my mobile no.. and when i entered OTP, It showed that "Account is inactive contact the customer support to reactivate it"
Pl solve this problem urgently.
