[Resolved] Flipkart — return not accepting, refunding not received | |||
Sir i was ordered htc wildfire x mobile with order id od[protected] on 22nd august and mobile was hanging initial itself then return requested on 31st august but they are saying refunded on 23 august how it is possible sir without returning how they credit the amount. I already checked credit card statement but no refund amount reflected and at the same time the above amount was converted to emi how it's possible. Please do the needful. The seller has refunded on 23 Aug 19 and this should have been credited in your bank account by now. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell. | |||
