[Resolved] Flipkart — return of an order

Hi, we have ordered an water filter on 4 aug and we raised the return request on 11 aug because of the size and fitting issue. Your executive came and check for the same issue he agreed that size is not fit, i spoke to seller as well he is also ready for the return. But now flipkart team is refusing for the return request. Your support team agreed on the same before now they are denying, i will not buy any other product in future and raise complaint on consumer forum.

We would like to inform you that pickup is scheduled by the seller and the product will be picked on or before 07 Sep 20. Please keep the initially delivered item ready along with all the accessories and price tags in the original product box. Seller will initiate the refund once the pick up is confirmed. The amount will be credited bank account within 8 business days from the date of initiation as per standard banking processes. Your kind understanding in this regard is appreciated.
