[Resolved]  Flipkart — Return of dell laptop

I have ordered dell inspiron laptop, and deliverd to me on 16th mar 2017, same day while switching on laptop, i have realized that mouse pad of laptop is getting hanged. Same time i processed return request to flipkart, in which they said technician will visit to check this, however there were no technician visit to check laptop and flipkart cancelled the return request. You are requested to please look in to it.
