[Resolved] Flipkart — Return of excess amount | |||||
I have purchased 2items from Flipkart in 2 different dates using Flipkart pay later. Before reaching of the order the bill has been generated. On reaching of the 1st order of value Rs 698/- (i.e. 02.05.21) I have paid Rs.700/- on 3rd May 2021. Then I got a message from Flipkart that you have to pay Rs 1647/- the balance amount which is more by Rs.120/-. On contacting Flipkart on support assistant assured me to pay the full amount as shown i.e.Rs.1647/- before 5th May so that the excess amount billed will automatically refunded. Because the cutoff date for payment of Paylater Bill was 5th May 2021. So I have paid Rs.1647/- on 5th May 2021. Now I have requested Flipkart to refund the excess amount of Rs. 120/-, but they replied that the same can't be reverted as it is charged for partial payment option. Although I have paid in two parts, because I have purchased 2 items and the same were delivered in two different dates so that's why I have paid in two parts. Moreover I have cleared all dues upto the cutoff date, so no penalty should be levied and the extra amount paid must be reverted back to me. This is all about the case of clear harassment and cheating to innocent customer. This also shows their ownership too Was this information helpful? | |||||

Since the product was delivered to you on 02 May 21, it has crossed the seller's 7 days replacement period. Due to this, the seller will not be able to fulfill your return request.
