I ordered 3 kurtas which was delivered in the month of march from flipkart and the sizes were smaller so wanted to exchange it but due to corona lockdown the exchange was cancelled by flipkart team followed by the message that the services are on hold due to the pandemic situation. Now when i called them up when the services are open on 25th may 2020, the flipkart team confirmed that now the product cannot be returned as the time is breached. What kind of cheating is this?
