[Resolved]  Flipkart — Return of refrigerator

I purchased a refrigerator from flipkart (Order ID - OD[protected] on 13/06/2020. The product was delivered on 15/06/2020. However after few days I found that the product is defective. There was a gap between inner and outer walls of refrigerator. The gap was wisely filled with foam like material to hide it and make it more subtle. As it was within return period, I raised a return request on Flipkart on 24/06/2020. My request was accepted and a technician was sent to confirm the same. The technician visited our place on 26/06/2020 and confirmed that the product was defective and eligible for return. But the same thing was not at all updated in my Flipkart account even after 30 hours. So I inquired Flipkart customer care regarding the same. They accepted my query and confirmed that issue will be solved by 1/07/2020. I was waiting for the response. On 30/06/2020 my account updated. But I was shocked to find that my return request was rejected without any reason. I again contacted Flipkart to sort out the issue but didn't get any proper response.
Now I need justice. When the technician has approved for return then why does my return request got cancelled. I want the item to be returned and the money to be refunded.
