[Resolved]  Flipkart — return product money not yet refunded into my bank account

Hi sir/madam,
On january 10th 2020 i received dell 15.6 inch laptop bag from flipkart as i have ordered it. It was a cash on delivery item and on the same day after the item was delivered, i found out that the bag was damaged and i requested for a return of the same. On 11th january 2020 one of the delivery boy from their agency came and collected the bag from me and told me that i would get the refund after 7-10 days of the return. Today is 9th february 2020 almost 1 month after that day till now i have not yet received any refund money into my account.
They have messaged me saying that if i did not receive any message from flipkart i should ask my bank about it. I contacted my bank (Federal bank) and asked them if any money has been transferred into my account from flipkart but i got a negative response from their side saying no money has been credited. Later i asked for account statements and checked it myself and found the same.
Flipkart has took my money of rs. 353 of order id: od[protected].

Please refund the money at the earliest.

Please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction of your account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care with the reference number NFT[protected]GN00001XXXXXXX using the number mentioned on the back of your card in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell.
