[Resolved] Flipkart — return product not received | |||||
Hi, I am the vendor on flipkart from last 3 years and i have never face such issue which is currently going on. One of the flipkart customer had return the product and it have not received to us. Your policy says that the return product will get delivered to you in 60 days from the return date, then why should we have to ask for pod. Secondly for pod your policy says that you can obtain in within 45 days only. But if i have not received the product and the vendor is asking for the pod why cant the flipkart people provide the same. This is regards to the below order id which is not been delivered to us till date and as per flipkart record it’s been delivered to me on 19/05/2017. After calling to the seller support team to inquiry about the order status they have refused to provide me the pod and continues saying again and again that as per flipkart policy after 45 days they won’t be able to provide us the pod. If your policy says that you will get your return product after 60 days from the return date, then why should i call up you people for pod. As i had spoken to the floor manager mr vinit tiwari from pune he was very rude and being in professional industry he is teaching me about the customer orientation and about the policies. He doesn’t have any answer to my question and refused to help me out. If the floor manager behaviour very unprofessional then what should i expect from the customer support person. Even on the panel it just says that the product has been return on 19/05/2017, but doesn’t have any updations on the tracking details it just says that no record found.
