Dear Sir, I have purchased one Bingo F0 Wave Fitness Smart Band (Black Strap, Size : Regular) for Rupees. 799/- vide OD No. OD[protected] and received on 27 Aug 19. After that i Recharged this item and start, then its found that this is defective. After i have start process to return as per your policy but return is rejected, again so many times i am process to return as per your policy within 10 days, but not success. Reason i don't know. After called your customer care he has promise to me and tel that don't wary your item to return process is going on. Sir please help me i am very poor man.
