[Resolved]  Flipkart — return request cancelled multiple times

It's the 6th time, my return for refund request has been automatically declined due to no reason. I call flipkart to know the reason and they always promise me prompt resolution and they would file a refund request from their side. But i find that the return gets automatically cancelled the next day. If flipkart is unable to issue the pickup and return, they should at least refund the amount and spare the consumer from the mental torture of filing for a return countless times and calling the customer care continuously.

Update : Flipkart has picked up the product and I have received a refund. They need to value the customers more than the sellers. Learn something from Alibaba where they care for the buyers.
