[Resolved] Flipkart — returning faulty product and getting refund | |||||
I have ordered gas chulha from flipkart when it came its faulty products its burners not properly fitted after placing return request i got msg return request approved but no one came to pickup the parcel they said me you have chosen wrong option i have mentioned quality is not good but there is no option if i select a damage product for refund they told me after 10 days and they have cancelled it again i raised request bu no one came and 10 days replacement policy ended but they r we will provide resolution to again after 4 days of waiting no one called me they said consent team will call u Was this information helpful? | |||||
