Flipkart — Return/replacement of a product | |||||
Dear flipkart This is very unprofessional way of doing business. As on 31st of aug. I ordered a device realme 6i which was delivered me on 2nd of aug but i got a faulty device so i raised a return on 05th of august. My replacement request was accepted and my device has been picked up as on 08th of august but till 11th of aug. Their`s no such kind of status that it`s picked up. And yesterday night my replacement request was cancelled by flipkart do i know on which behalf you cancelled my return request. Whereas my product is already picked up from me. If anything unusual happens from my registered device who is responsible for that? I want my replacment device or refund for my product as asap. Or i will take a legal action on you.
