[Resolved] Flipkart — robbing people of their money | |||
I purchased a scan disk sd card 64gb worth rs 1895 and was delivered to me on[protected]. After opening the package i found out the card was broken into two pieces for which i called flipkart customercare and requested for an exchange as they denied the money back. The next day they canceled my request for exchanging the product for unknown reasons without informing me. When i called them after 13 days they said we cannot either replace your product nor can we give your money back just because the time in which i should have called is set to 10 days on their on whim which i as a customer never knew about. Jan 17, 2018 NOORU AHAMMAD's response Item is order on 28th of December 2017 but received the ites is on 2nd january 2108.Only sending LED light but not send the switches please send it..[protected]... Verified Support Jan 17, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
