Hello, I am vikram pathak. I was purchased samsung 253 l frost free double door 4 star refrigerator on date 14 oct 2019 flipkart throw but same technological problem in refrigerator so i call to customer care than he say to me pl sent your refrigerator first than we replace product so i was sent refrigerator on date 28 nov 2019. But customer care not complete his commitment. He not sent replacement product so i am call again and again but he not sent replacement and finally customer care ask to me we are refund your amount on your account.
