[Resolved] Flipkart — samsung galaxy s10 plus | |||
I have ordered s10 plus on 30th march from flipkart (Od[protected]. The transaction failed the first two times and in the third attempt the transaction succeeded. So what is the conclusion. I need to get refund of the first two transactions, but i didn't. Contacted flipkart multiple times but they are not taking care of the issue.. The amount is very huge, one transaction value is 73900 and two times means 1, 47, 800. Hdfc bank gave proof that the amount is settled to flipkart, but flipkart backend team is no way helping. Provided screen shots to flipkart on april 13 th after discussing from 9th april with flipkart that my card debited 3 times but they are unable to see the other 2 failed transactions. Had to contact hdfc and submit dispute form and get the details of three transactions. Here is the incident id : in[protected]. Attaching screenshots.
