[Resolved] Flipkart — samsung galaxy s7 non - delivery of ordered items at promised price | |||||
I ordered samsung galaxy s7 on 7th november 2017. It was supposed to deliver on 9th november 2017. First i got a false call from customer care that due to server problem we cannot identify the phone to be exchanged so the phone will be delayed. Second i receive a false email that that the phone will be delayed at vendor end. When i checked phone, it was already reached on time ie on 9th november in nagpur but shipment is damaged. So why confirmations came from flipkart that the phone will be delayed due to false reasons. Later on 14th november 2017, a courier boy denied the pickup of exchange phone and told us to call customer care. I informed to customer care that the courier boy hasn't handover the phone because he can't take exchange phone. The customer service person told me that someone will come and decide for replacement. I was expecting a solution but today at 1.35 am, you cancelled the phone without buyer's consent. When i called customer service he says he can't do anything because the order has been cancelled. The phone can not be delivered. Second in online tracking shipment was shown damaged but without sending it back and asking for replacement from vendor, why the courier boy came to inspect exchange phone. I am here by confirming you that buyer has not cancelled the order at any stage and need the product asap. No way without talking or writing to the customer, order should be cancelled. It looks like flipkart is showing false sale on their website with fake offers so that temporary sale boost up and credit will be received. Was this information helpful? | |||||
