[Resolved] Flipkart — samsung galaxy s9 plus (going to raise consumer complaint) | |
My orderid is od[protected] Still my request status is inprogress from last 3 days. Just because of Your executive mistake im facing lot of problem. Last week saturday pickup Boy rejectected to collect my mobile. From that day onwards my request is In inprogress status and not able to raise another request for replacement. Saturday customer care executives told me wait for 24 hours to close Existing rquest later they said wait for 40hours. Yeasterday monday again When i contacted to customer care they said existing request is inprogress Status wait for 4more days. I never expected this kind of service from Flipkart. This is the worst experience in my life. As im travelling to out Of station on 29th october and im not available. My 10 days replacement Warranty its going to expire on 25th october. If my issue is not resolved Before 25th then im going to raise complaint. This is the worst service of Flipkart. Yesterday when i checked with customer care they told me request is still inprogress due to some technical issue from flipkart. But today when i talked with executive through chat confirmed that request is still inprogress because seller is not closed my existing request and not able to raise another request for replacement. = Was this information helpful? | |
