[Resolved] Flipkart — samsung galaxy smart watch missing. | |||
My name is amal, i had ordered one samsung galaxy smart watch on 22/01/2020. I received the product on 24/01/2020, but the box was completely empty, nothing where in the box. I have complained on flipkart app but they didn't give me a correct reply. I need a necessary action for this. But flipkart is not giving any response, i have spend 18000rs on this. First they told me, they will find a solution on the second day, then told they will give the reply on 28th january before 5:00 pm, till now they didn't gave a reply. Flipkart is asking to wait because they need time to sort this problem, but how long should we wait?. Flipkart is not giving any value for there customer, they treat there customer very badly I can't believe that a reputed company like flipkart is not giving any value for there customer and not even trying hear the customer problems and trying to sort out.
