I had orderd samsung gear fit 2 pro on 24th dec 2017 it has been delivered on 26th dec with an opened seal samsung box inside but the outer box packing is gud. And the smart band was missing inside the box. I had given for the return request on 26th dec itself but they told to wait till jan 7th. I had waited and a person from quality team talk with me and he told product has been well packed from our side. And we will look into this issue and will update u. But on jan 10th my return request has been cancelled. I had paid 12590 rs. And received an empty box plz look into my issue and my order id is od[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Jan 13, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response We had interacted with the customer informed that the request for a Replacement / Refund cannot be fulfilled by the seller as the courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item to Customer with the product being intact. Hence closing the case.

Outer box is packed well but inside the samsung box seal has been opened and a cello tape has been pasted. This is the way you will intact the product? Don't say simple reason. And how can you close my case without taking proper action.Take proper action against seller and refund my amount.
