R/s, i have ordered a mobile samsung pro j3 on 28.08.2017 through flipkart and was delivered to me on 30.08.2017 and i start using it from 01.09.2017, 2-3 days i didn't have downloaded anything but when i started playing you tube and games from play store its hanging up and suddenly stop working and get switch off and all it started from 8th sept 2017 then i put out the battery and insert it again then it start working but on 10 its completely off not responding in night then i called customer care of flipkart on 12.09.2017 they told me to check update and then factory reset but still the problem persist, then today morning i complained on 13.09.2017 they are telling the flipkart company policy is only for 10 days, sir this products given me is technically defaulted and they given me but technical failures comes when we use the things if your company do this to me then, how a person will believe such things.
