Sompalli Gopalakrishna resident of Ballepalle has purchased a 'Samsung s21+ mobile' in Flipkart and he decided to sold the phone and I purchased it by seeing the post in olx. As soon as I turned on the phone, I realized that I was sold illegally as the phone was purchased by Gopal in 'Flipkart Smart Upgrade plan' which means they give a discount on the phone while purchased. After 1year, customer can either exchange the phone or pay the money which was given as discount. OTGERWISE PHONE WILL BE LOCKED Gopalakrishna is not answering my calls. Neither Flipkart nor Samsung is helping me to find a option to pay the remaining amount which I'm ready to do. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
