Flipkart — Samsung Smartwatch 4

I had ordered a Samsung Smart Watch 4 and WildCraft BackPack from flipkart.com on 22nd September 2022.
The Item Wildcraft BackPack was delivered to me on 24th September, while the delivery boy came to deliver the backpack, i receieved an OTP for that delivery, and i provided that OTP to the delivery boy. After sometime, i received a message from flipkart that Wildcraft BackPack AND SAMSUNG SMART WATCH 4 has been delivered to me, whereas in actual only Wildcraft BackPack was delivered to me.

I immediately called the flipkart customer support for the non delivery of the Samsung Smart Watch 4, but did not get any proper response from them (it can be verified in your records as the call was on a recorded line).
Then i went on to find the Ekart Logistics Warehouse in my city and went there to inquire about the non delivery of Samsung Smart Watch 4.
After providing all the details to the Unit Head there, they checked in their system and said that the Smart Watch being an Open Box Delivery and the Delivery boy who came to deliver the BackPack was not eligible to deliver any Open Box Delivery Products.

They further said to raise my concern to the flipkart customer support, and i raised it.
But the issue is closed by providing reason that the Product was delivered after providing OTP and so they can not process the Refund.
THe EKart Logistics Area Manager said that in this case there is some error on the part of the FLIPKART FULFILLMENT CENTRE, AS BOTH THE PRODUCT HAD SAME TRACKING ID.
I raised this issue in the customer support, but the issue is being closed without inquiring anything.

These is a Crystal Clear Case, as this being an Open Box Delivery, you guys can check in your system if at all there is any delivery photo available or not.

I hereby request you to kindly take up the matter with utter seriousness or else i would be compelled to take legal action and file an FIR for the same.
