[Resolved] Flipkart — samsung toner | |||
I ordered a toner named mlt 103s and today i received it and paid cash rs 2089 for it and when i opened it, it turns out to be the toner for other printer and there is no return policy! This is so not expected from you flipkart don't you review your sellers and this particular seller has so many negative reviews against this seller! I want my refund flipkart this is so not done! Verified Support Dec 15, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response The customer complaint about the wrong shipment delivered. We had interacted with the customer and he said today I have received the replacement product and there is no issue in that. Hence closing the complaint from our end.
