[Resolved] Flipkart — seller has cancelled shipping | |||
Sir, I ordered a laptop on flipkart for rs.58990 And the order was placed. But right before the day of delivery i got a message that the 'shipping has been cancelled by the seller'. Means all the time i waited for the product went to waste. It felt so bad. I hope you understand my situation and provide a compensation for the misery and wastage of time. Verified Support Apr 23, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that order was cancelled without customer consent. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the order was cancelled by the seller & your refund amount will be back to your your debit card by 29th April 2019. Hence, closing the compliant from our end.
