Hi, I placed an order in flipkart (Od[protected] item) Order date Tue, jan 2nd '18 11:35 am Total amount ₹1, 669 through net banking on address My address where it got delivered- Rita roy Flat no 101, f block, peerless prantik sonarpur, opposite of future engineering college west bengal, kolkata - 700150, west bengal kolkata, opposite of future engineering college kolkata - 700150, west bengal Phone[protected] Product name Hawkins futura hard anodized dfp lid kadhai 5 l The description was written non stick but they provided me the sticky one, i am trying to replace the product from last 20 days and everytime i am giving replacement request, the seller cancels my order and when i am calling the flipkart they are saying they don not have refund policy and we cannot do anythng as that is seller policy, only you have to wait for the replacement. My money is stuck with flipkart and seller is cheating while not giving the product and flipkart is saying that we cannot do anything, please help. Feb 22, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jan 16, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
Verified Support Jan 20, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer complained that she received different product not as specified in the website. So customer wanted refund for this. So called her and informed her that we have refunded the amount and closing this case.
