[Resolved] Flipkart — send me a defective phone | |||||
Dear sir, i bought an leeco le max 2 (Rose gold, 32gb) smart phone @ 11, 999/- from flipkart. But they send me a defective handset. I m facing so many problem in this phone like hanging problem, low battery backup etc. I complained so many time to flipkart but every time they told me that i should go to customer center of handset company. But company has been leave india so many months ago. So there is no any customer center of this phone. Flipkart promise me so many on phone that they will take some action against this problem but they didn't. I told them why are u selling this kind of phone whom's company are not working in india.
