Dear sir, This is to inform you that my name is VIVEK YADAV and by using my flipkart account I have purchased the senneheiser CX 180-in ear canal phone by payment through SBI net banking with amount of Rs-494.00 being transfer to [protected] PAYZIPPY-WS FLIPKART account on 6/10/2014 in the morning 10:00 am. But from your side there is no response related to the order and my account also doesn't show any kind of information about the product which I have purchased. Updated by vivek8112 Today I talked to one of the customer care member of the flipkart about the sennheiser cx -180 earphone i purchased yesterday she is saying that her data is not showing such order but how it can be possible bcoz I have given you the transaction detail proof to the flipkart account by sbi net banking. This is really annoying instead of helping you are providing poor customer service.
Resolve my problem as early as posssible
