This is to inform you that my order od[protected] which is actually placed on 3 oct. Has been arrived one day late!! Nd then it is not in the working condition. Then i tried to file a refund. But there was no such option. Then i have to file replacement. Nd it is been 10 days more! I got a message of cancellation of replacement... I mean i am really upset for this service! Still i haven't got any refund option! I want my refund as fast as possible!!!...
