[Resolved] Flipkart — shipment cancelled on its own | |||
I have booked a google pixel2 phone on friday 15th dec 2017, order number is od[protected] expected to delivery on 18th dec 2017 but seller cancelled my order without intimating me. But the item is currently available on site to purchase. I just want that, this item should be delivered to me. Because i have purchased this laptop on discounted price of rs 39, 999/-. Verified Support Dec 19, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response The customer complaint about the order cancellation. We had interacted with the customer and explained about the order cancellation due to seller cancellation. The customer agreed hence closing the complaint from our end.
