[Resolved] Flipkart — shipment damaged, no proper response | |||||
I ordered this laptop called acer predator helios 300 which actually costs 84990/- but on an offer i got it for 60490/-. Now after almost a week of waiting the tracking details say that the order is undelivered because of damage. The amount is paid. I contacted flipkart regarding this issue but they just say that they're "sorry" for this and i have to order a new one now for 85000/-. When i asked for contact with higher authorities they made me wait for almost 30 minutes and still provided no contact. What is the use of big offer days now? The seller is retailnet and the courier service is ekart logistics. It just seems like they're joining to dupe consumers like this. I need answers immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||||
