[Resolved] Flipkart — shiva trilogy (book)/refund not credited

I ordered a book from flipkart with order id od[protected]Shiva triology/book)
I returned as soon as i noticed that the book is used one, flipkart picked up my book and it's been already more than 2 weeks still i haven't got any refund amount, when i contacted customer care one flipkart superior official (Pratik) said i can't help you with this.
I'm a student and i need this amount for my exams

After so many days on processing my refund they finally refunded my money back on 22nd February, Refund was supposed to be in 8th February but it took little less long for flipkart.
[Feb 10, 2019] Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Customer raised a complaint stating that the refund not received. So we have interacted with the customer so escalated and confirmed that the customer received the refund successfully to his respective bank account, so we are closing the complaint from our end.
