[Resolved] Flipkart — shoes sole peel off... | |||
One month ago... I ordered one formal shoes of lee-cooper.. But after one month it's getting peel off.. I am not using it roughly but why it's getting off after normal uses please get in touch with me otherwise i will do complaint... It's too bed services which i am getting from flipkart.. Jul 15, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jun 06, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the product delivered. We have interacted with the customer and informed that as the product was delivered to customer on 09 Apr 19, as per the sellers 10/30 days replacement policy we shall not be able to accommodate customer request for return of the order. Requested customer to contact brand authorized service for further assistance. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.
