Hi flipkart team, This is absolutely shocking and unprofessional to see your behaviour, how rude you are behaving to your customer. I had placed an order on 13th june`17 for shoes but due to delay in delivery i cancelled my order. When i raised complaint then i got a call from banglore and the executive told me that your product will be returned by 19 to 20th, june 2017, but nobody, came to pick my product still i`m waiting. Verified Support Jun 29, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response As per the customer complaint the product was picked up and refund was processed to customer account hence case stands resolved.
