[Resolved] Flipkart — shopizone 14 inch sleeve/slip case not delivered and flipkart executives are giving wrong information | |
I ordered this product with a mackbook air, my mackbook air was delivered on 30th of september and this bag was promised to deliver on 10th of october 2019. As per flipkart tracking system my bag was reached kolkata on 5th of october, so i thought i might get delivered soon. But my product was not delivered on 10th of october 2019. I waited till 14th october and then called flipkart exectuves to know the status of my product. They said, i have to wait till 17th october 2019 to get my product. I said ok! Then on 17th i called them again, they replied that i have to wait till 7.30pm to get my product delivered on same day, but on around 8.00 pm i got a massage from flipkart that due to some issue, my product could not get delivered but i will be delivered next day (18th of october 2019 till 7.45 pm). Again i did not got the delivery. I waited on till 21st and called flipkart executive again to know the status, they said i will get my product delivered in 24-48 hours, i talked to senior executive she also said, my product is not shipped yet but i will get it in 24-48 hours, when i asked why your system is showing my product in kolkata from 5th october 2019, they did not had any answer. They just keep repeating themselves like a machine, again in 48 hours they could not delivered the product, today 24th october 2019 i called them again and they said, i have to wait another 24 to 48 hours. And now their system is showing that my product just left bangalore to reach kolkata. I want to know why these flipkart peoples were lying to me all these days about the delivery, if they knew the issue why they just did not tell me instead of lying. They made my life like hell. I bought this bag to safeguard y laptop, what if something happens to my laptop in this period? When i am asking them to give me contact details of a person who can answer my question they just ignoring it. Was this information helpful? | |
