[Resolved] Flipkart — Simply changing the status of the product as returned and saying the customer did not respond | |||||
Very bad experience with flipkart. I have ordered a product and they are simply closing it as returned when i called customer care they are just to provide information saying it says returned sir that's it and you will get refund sir. Am worried about the product and they are just worried about refund. Not worried about the customers those information are anyways available in the website only, then why it is required to call them and take the same. Flipkart customer care does not give any benefits to customers. That's why i always prefer amazon to buy my products. Worst customer care services and worst experience. And those customer care guys will not disconnect the call also they are telling me to disconnect so that they will get good feed back and they will keep the call on hold for a long time so that we will only disconnect.
