[Resolved] Flipkart — sony bluetooth speaker xb01 serial mismatch | |||
I bought sony xb01 portable bluetooth speaker on[protected]. On 2oct, 2020 i went to sony service center and they found that speaker serial number is not matching with the invoice serial number and sony service center said that they can't procced and i can't claim the warranty because of serial number mismatch. I called in flipkart and they said they will get back before 7th september 2020 again i called in in flipkart and they said they will get back before 11th oct but 1 year warranty will expire on 13th october after that i will have to throw my speaker in dustbin. This is horrible cheating with customer my hole day got wasted. This is a scam which i never expected from flipkart.com Was this information helpful? | |||

I got my refund on 10oct they picked up the Speaker and within 8 hours refund was credited.

Once the refund is initiated, as per standard banking procedures, the amount will be credited to Bank account in {02} business days. Your initial product will be picked on or before 10th Oct 2020. Please keep the initially delivered item ready along with all the accessories and price tags in the original product box. The courier service provider will not be able to complete the pickup if any of the items present in the original package are missing. Please collect the acknowledgement receipt from the wish-master once the item is handed over. Kindly requesting you to do a factory reset, erase all personal data and remove any storage cards before handing it over to the courier service provider. | |||
