I had purchased IFB 23SC3 Convection Microwave oven from Flipkart and it got delivered at my address on May 5, 2022.
When I opened the box, I noticed that, the starter kit is missing in the box, which was mentioned in their product specifications.
I had called their customer care several time asking about the missing started kit( around 20-25 times) . The Customer care executive mentioned that he will resolve the issue & they will give reply within 2-3 days. But there service are so slow and poor.
I tried calling them again and agian to check the status of my query, the attending executive asked me to get it replaced so that I can get the starter kit with replaced item . They made a replacement request on 9 may 2022 and I got replacement on 11 may 2022 but still starter kit is missing. The received box content are as follows: 1] A microwave oven 2] inside microwave, there were 02 grills, 01 baking tray, 01 user manual, 01 cleaning procedure pamphlet & 01 metal tong .
I have been calling till date several times to customer care & every time i get a FALSE promises from the executive that they will solve my problem till that specific date, but till now they are unable to do so
THIS IS PATHETIC SERVICE FROM Flipkart.
Request you to look into my request & expect it will be resolved soon and I will be issued a starter kit as mentioned on the site.
