[Resolved] Flipkart — sub: complaint regarding item not not delivered | |||
My name ashok reddy, i am from hyderabad. I have ordered mi led smart tv 4a pro 80cm (32) with android on 13th october 2019, with in flipkart (The seller is truecomretail). But my order is not packed and shipped till now. I have complain the customer care with the same on 23rd, 26th, 28th, 31st october and 1st and 3rd november (6times). They replied that there was a problem with the partner agent and trying to solve the issue. Whenever i enquire the answer is same. But there is no updation yet. I have done with the payment and first emi has also been debited without delivery of the item. I am requesting you to look in to the issue solved as early as possible Without delay.
