[Resolved] Flipkart — symphony air cooler from flipkart | |||
Dear sir, I have online purchased syphony air cooler from m/s. Flipkart website on dated[protected] and from flipkart they delivered symphony aircooler on 31/05/2020. After that i have open the product and find that syphony cooler performance is not that up to the mark as mention on flipkart website. So i raised the product returns request on very next day 01/06/2020. After that they approved my returns request and said that product will pick up within 10 days on date 11.06.2020. (Screen shot is attached for flipkart returns approved). But till date they are not pick up his product or not giving me a refund. I have raised lots of complaint on his website portal and i write mail to his team as well i write on his twitter account but same answer i has got from him “ we are surely give solution to you, sorry to hear that we understand “ Even i have got lots of call from flipkart, his representative said within 48 hours we will surely pick up the product from your house.
