I ordered a shoe from flipkart and received it on 23rd Jan, but it didn't come with the tag. I placed a replacement order on the same day citing the same reason since I didn't trust the product and was assured by the customer care that I will receive the replacement.
On the exchange day, the wishmaster or the delivery person said he can't take the product without the tag (which I didn't receive in the first place) and give me the replacement l. I called customer care and they said to place a new return request with the appropriate reason 'tag missing'. But the wishmaster said the same thing again.
Delivery person needs the reason 'tag missing' or he can't take it and flipkart now says that the product is 'F-assured' with 6 levels of quality checks and that means it did ship with a tag with UNDENIABLE CERTAINTY. And if there is no tag, I am responsible for it. Ultimately they refused to replace and then refund. I spent 1 hour today on call with 3 different customer care executives. I had to explain same thing to each one of them. They said they can't do anything about it.
