[Resolved]  Flipkart — Tag missing

I ordered a shoe from flipkart and received it on 23rd Jan, but it didn't come with the tag. I placed a replacement order on the same day citing the same reason since I didn't trust the product and was assured by the customer care that I will receive the replacement.

On the exchange day, the wishmaster or the delivery person said he can't take the product without the tag (which I didn't receive in the first place) and give me the replacement l. I called customer care and they said to place a new return request with the appropriate reason 'tag missing'. But the wishmaster said the same thing again.

Delivery person needs the reason 'tag missing' or he can't take it and flipkart now says that the product is 'F-assured' with 6 levels of quality checks and that means it did ship with a tag with UNDENIABLE CERTAINTY. And if there is no tag, I am responsible for it. Ultimately they refused to replace and then refund. I spent 1 hour today on call with 3 different customer care executives. I had to explain same thing to each one of them. They said they can't do anything about it.

The return request was approved yesterday and was picked up in the evening. I received the refund amount at night. I talked to like 11 different customer care executives through their toll free number 18002029898, sent countless mails and then they picked up the shoe finally after a week. Don't back down if you are right. They send shoe without tags and then claim it can't happen. Make sure to make a video when you are unboxing.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I called them again and the customer care executive said this time there will be no problem in pickup. And if I face any issue, to email back. But it was denied again. I emailed them back but now they aren't replying to my emails.

So I talked to another customer care executive on 30th Jan who placed a return request AGAIN which is pending approval. They asked me Aadhar id and photos of the product and packaging yesterday and I did as instructed. No response so far, return window will close on 2nd February.

I ordered another shoe, and I filmed it while unboxing. It doesn't have the Mrp tag again, although there is nothing wrong with the shoe itself.
